Food Beverage Management 5 Course Specialization   Food and beverage managers are the leaders from the dinning room to the kitchen.  Their responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, the quality of the food and beverage, the training of the staff, proper food preparation, following kitchen safety and health laws and making sure that the company’s standard are upheld. They also keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours, doing their best to optimize profit for the company and create the best dining experience possible for the customers.    Completion of these 5 courses with a C (70%) grade or better will entitle you to a Certificate of Specialization in Marketing & Sales Management.
